Dairy Farmer. In 1953 got possession of 130 acres his great-grandparents acquired on Lots 38 Con. 3 and 4, Biddulph Twp, Middlesex Co. but in 1963 traded farms with Tom Ruston of Chesley, Ontario. After a few years they sold the farm in Chesley and purchased a farm in McGillivray Twp, Middlesex Co.

COURSEY - At University Hospital, London, on Monday, August 29, 1977, Thomas Henry Coursey of McGillivray Township, in his 54th year. Beloved son of the late George and Ivy Coursey. Beloved husband of Joyce (Rosenberg) Coursey, dear father of Linda (Mrs. Gordon Keith) of Paisley, Rose (Mrs. John Patterson) of Forest, Ruth, Gary and George at home. Dear grandfather of Sandra and Robin Keith, dear brother of C. Victor Coursey of Barrie, Kathryn (Mrs. Clarke Taylor) of Harrow and Frances (Mrs. William Dickerson) of Tuscon, Arizona. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Resting at the T. Stevenson and Son Funeral Home, Ailsa Craig where the funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 31st, at 2 PM with Rev. T. E. Handcock officiating. Interment in St. James Cemetery, Clandeboye. Donations to the Canadian Heart Foundation would be appreciated.
