Mrs. J. A. Kerby Borne To Rest. Dresden, July 19 - Funeral services were held Wednesday from the Clark Funeral Home, for Mrs. Mary Jane Kerby, wife of J. A. Kerby of Dresden. Mrs. Kerby, who was in her 85th year, passed away on Sunday evening. She had been in poor health for some time.
The former Mary Jane Turner, she was born in Chatham Township. In addition to her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Hugh Hales of Chatham, and Mrs. R. J. Pennall of Brantford; one son, Harry Kerby of Sarnia; and two sisters, Mrs. William Craig of Dresden and Mrs. A. Neaves of Flint, Mich.
The funeral service was conducted by Rev. G. C. Gifford of the Dresden United Church, and burial was in Dresden Cemetery.
