Thamesville Herald, Thursday 8 January 1914
Colling-O'Neal - A very pretty matrimonial knot was tied Wednesday evening, December 31st, at 6 o'clock, at the residence of Mr. and Mrs. W. A. O'Neal, when their eldest daughter, Beatrice Eva, was united in the holy marriage bonds to Henry John Frank Colling, only son of Mr. and Mrs. John Colling of Milwaukee, Wis.
The bride, who was attired in a beautiful French model gown of white silk crepe de chine, with over-drapes of shadow lace trimmed in string pearls, and with hair ornament of the same design, carried a corsage bouquet of white bridal roses and Stelva(?). She was attended by her sister, Miss Arabelle O'Neal, who wore a pale blue accordion silk gown, with an over-dress of pale blue chiffon, with pearl trimmings, and carried a corsage bouquet of pink roses and ferns.
The groom was supported by the bride's cousin, Mr. LeClair Willis. The bride entered the drawing-room on the arm of her father, to the strains of Mendelssohn's Wedding March, which was played by Miss Pearl Labelle, who wore a gown of Neil rose satin with over-dress of white embroidered voile.
During the signing of the register, Miss LaVera Muxworthy sang DeKoven's "Oh Promise Me."
The Rev. S. W. Muxworthy made the happy couple one beneath an arch of white bunting and evergreens, embanked with ferns of several varieties.
At 7:30 the bridal party sat down to the table, which was beautifully decorated with pink and white carnations and ferns, and enjoyed a dinner consisting of seven courses.
