Keys - McDonald: Ridgetown, Ont., Oct 5 -- At the home of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Herb McDonald, York Street, Miss Bertha Irene McDonald was quietly married yesterday afternoon to Mr. Thomas R. Keys son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Keys of County Fermanagh, Ireland.
The ceremony was performed by Rev. P. C. Cameron of the Baptist Church. After the wedding lunch the happy couple left on a short motor trip to London, Hamilton, Toronto, Grimsby and Niagara Falls.
On their return in two weeks they will reside in the residence of the late E. D. Mitton, Main street east. The groom is the local manager of the Dominion Stores, and the bride has for several years been a member of the post office staff.
