Obituary (newspaper not identified):
Carl Owen Brush (Cob), age 69, died in Detroit on March 24, 1980, after a lengthly illness. He was born and raised in Colchester, son of Angus and Georgeanna Brush. He is survived by his wife, Louise, in Detroit; sister, Mrs. Edna Ross, Windsor; and brother, Harold, Windsor, and Charles, of Colchester. Predeceased by daughter Carol; sisters, Faye, Lilah, Ruby, Mabel and Norma; brothers, Donald and Forest (in childhood); and Ralph (Tim) Brush. The service was held in Grosse Pointe on March 28th, and burial was in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Detroit.
