McNAUGHTON, Harry - Peacefully at Parkwood Hospital on Monday, April 4, 2011, Harry Merritt McNaughton of London in his 90th year. Beloved husband for 59 years of Norene McNaughton, nee Revington. Loving father of Robert and his wife Anne-Marie, James and his wife Diane, and Jeffrey. Dear grandfather of Jason, Ashley, Andrew, Iain and Matthew. Brother of the late Helen Walkom and her husband Bill and Sandy McNaughton. Dear uncle of Heather and Deborah and fondly remembered by his many nieces and nephews. Harry was a member of Centennial Lodge #684, A.F. & A.M., London Mocha Shrine, and longtime member of Colborne Street United Church. He ran Francais Beauty Salon for 35 years and was a successful horseman for 25 years during his retirement. Friends may call on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the JAMES A. HARRIS FUNERAL HOME, 220 St. James Street at Richmond. The memorial service will be conducted at Colborne Street United Church, 711 Colborne Street at Piccadilly on Friday, April 8 at 11:00 a.m. by Rev. David R. Carrothers. Cremation will be followed by private interment St. James Cemetery, Clandeboye. A Masonic Memorial Service under the auspices of Centennial Lodge #684 A.F. & A.M. will be held in the funeral home on Thursday at 7:00 p.m. Memorial contributions to Colborne Street United Church, Shriners Sick Kids Hospital or Centennial Lodge #684 would be gratefully acknowledged.
