Peacefully, at University Hospital, London surrounded by his family on Friday, December 1, 2006, Jack Stewart Hodgins of Ilderton in his 73rd year. Beloved husband of Ruth (Joiner) Hodgins and dearly beloved father of Kelly and John Watterton, Brenda and Mark Mead, and Jeff and Cassie Hodgins. Loving grandfather of Erin, Katie, Ryan, and Lauren; Nicole and Jenna; and Meg and Elyse. Brother-in-law of Doris Hodgins, Bob and Isabel Sanderson and Bob and Marj Joiner. Predeceased by brothers Donald Hodgins and Robert Hodgins and his wife Audrey Hodgins. Friends may call at the C. Haskett and Son Funeral Home, 223 Main Street, Lucan on Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 PM where the funeral service will be held on Monday, December 4th at 11 AM with Rev. Bill McAuslan officiating. Cremation with interment St. James Cemetery, Clandeboye. Donations to the London Regional Cancer Centre would be appreciated by the family. There will be a Lions Service in the funeral home Sunday evening at 8PM under the auspices of Ilderton Lions Club.
