Married Sydney Bending in 1895 and had two sons: Thompson Arnold who lived for one year, and Harold Reginald who married Mary Kathleen Carr and had two sons (Grenville Charles, a doctor in San Bernadino, California, who married Beatrice Elizabeth Long and had four children - Harold Bruce, David Alexander, Jeffrey Scott and Barbara Elizabeth; and Harold Bruce of Baltimore, Maryland, who married Marilyn Lee Patchen and had three daughters - Linda Kay, Gail Anna and Katharine Elaine).
