Other sources, such as Arnie Krause, Forest of Trees: Loyalist Descendants of New Brunswick and Maine "Plus Others", RootsWeb WorldConnect Project consider this Henry (Big Harry, son of Henry of Limerick City) and Castle Henry (son of Old John of Limerick) to be one and the same, and the placement as the son of Henry of Limerick City to be correct. This seems perfectly reasonable to me. It wouldn't be the only time the Hodgins book has split one person into two. Robert, son of Castle Henry, gets added as the oldest child of the Big Harry family.
