JACQUELYN R. ASMUS, 69, homemaker, of Bartlett, died of colon cancer Tuesday morning at St. Francis Bartlett. Ms. Asmus was given to the Genesis program at the M.E.R.I. institute of Memphis. A memorial service will be held at Living Word Lutheran Church on Thursday, April 20 at 6:30 p.m.
Ms. Asmus was a member of Living Word for over 25 years.
She leaves a brother and sister-in-law, Dennis and Regina DeCoursey of Ft. Wayne, IN, a daughter, Michele Asmus of Bartlett, a son and daughter-in-law, Rob and Keeley Asmus of Eads, and two grandchildren, Joshua and Hannah Asmus.
The family requests that memorials can be sent to Living Word Lutheran Church or the Genesis program at the M.E.R.I. institute in Memphis.
