Purchased Pt. Lt. 7, N.B. Con., containing 77 acres, but later purchased his father's farm (Lot 5, Con. 4) from his brother Alvin. After his death this farm was purchased by his son Wayne, keeping the farm in the Carroll family for more than 150 years.
