Wedding Announcement, Leamington Post, 29 August 1912:
Marries Whiting Girl - The marriage of Miss Grace Wilkinson of La Forte avenue and Walter Wetwer of Elkhart, Ind., took place Wednesday afternoon at 3 o'clock at the home of the bride. The ceremony was performed by Rev. G. Hartman Bright, pastor of the M. E. church. The couple were attended by Miss Florence Murphy, a niece of the bride and by Chas. Myers, both of Gary. The bride was attired in a beautiful white embroidery dress and the maid of honor wore a dress of blue chiffon cloth... - Whiting, Indiana, News.
The bride is the only daughter of Nelson Wilkinson, formerly of this town. Mr. Wilkinson is an employee of the Standard Oil Co., and at the expiration of another year will receive a pension. His stepson, Henry Murphy, is yardmaster of the Southern Pacific at Tesar Rana, Ark.
