Obituary, Leamington Post, 14 July 1921:
Mrs. Aaron Whittle passed away [at the home of] Mr. Elmer Reive, 4th Concession, Gosfield South, the result of a fall she sustained a little over a week ago. She was in her 88th year, and was married twice, first to the late Jackson Reive and the second time to the late Aaron Whittle who predeceased her 24 years ago. She is survived by two sons and one daughter by her first marriage, namely, Elmer Reive, 4th Concession, Gosfield South; Edgerton Reive and Mrs. Gordon Stockwell, Leamington. She leaves no children by her second marriage. The funeral service will be conducted at the home of her son, Mr. Elmer Reive, on Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock, interment following in the Albuna cemetery.

Obituary, Leamington Post, 8 January 1920:
George Whittle - An old and esteemed resident in the person of Mr. George Whittle passed away at his home on Elliott street, on Friday, Jan. 2nd, at the age of 75 years. He came to Leamington from near Olinda about 11 years ago and for the past three years had been in poor health. Surviving are his wife, two sons, William and Hamilton Whittle of Olinda, and three daughters, Mrs. Harry Turner, Victoria ave., Mrs. Wm. Hope, 5th concession of Mersea, and Mrs. Edgerton Reive, Victoria ave. The funeral service was conducted at his late home Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock, interment following in the Universalist cemetery, Olinda.
