There was an ad in 1892 newspaper fro New Westminister/Vancouver (Daily Columbian, Apr.1/1892) For sale or rent;
90 acres of land, with comfortable house, orchard, never failing well of spring water, 2 horses, 2 cows, 100 poultry, wagon, buggy, harnesses, plough, harrows, household furniture, dairy utensils, and small articles of use, too numerous to mention; about 35 acres cleared, with about 25 or 30 acres ready for plough; balance timber. Price $4,500, one-third cash, balance to suit purchaser, at 6 percent. Enquire of F.F. RAITT (Ladner's Landing, B.C.)
