The engagement is announced of Jean Elizabeth, second daughter of Mrs. Agnes L. Scarlett and the late Mr. Loren H. Scarlett, of Florence, Ontario, to Mr. Gordon Wallace McEachran, eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert A. McEachran, of Chatham. The wedding will be quietly observed on Saturday, Sept 28th.
