Winnefred wife of Henry Moorhouse died April 15, A. D. 1867 aged 47 y'rs & 5 m's.
In memory of Henry Moorhouse born Oct. 20th, 1812 died May 1st, 1896.

Henry Moorhouse Family
     Henry Moorhouse (1812-1896) and his wife Winnifred Goss (1820-1867) settled on Lot 25, Con. 1 and had five children.
     Sarah (1855-1871) died as a teenager. Eliza died at age 18 years.
     Frederick William (1851-1881) married Catherine Elizabeth Tremaine. Frederick, a cabinetmaker, ran a sawmill on the Euphemia-Dawn Townline. Henry Hollingsworth (1846) graduated in medicine from Victoria College in 1871 and practised medicine in Toronto. He was a lover of horses, keeping both racing stock and jumpers. Mary J. (1840) married John Powell.
